Ferga S.A. is firmly committed to adherence to Spanish regulations governing personal data protection, whereby it strictly complies with the stipulations of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December concerning Personal Data Protection, and of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which passes the Regulation enacting the Organic Law and the remaining legislation that proves applicable at any given time, striving to ensure that users’ personal data is employed and processed in a correct manner. To this end, when users fill in forms that gather their personal data, Ferga S.A. informs them that this entails and denotes acceptance of the specific conditions governing the processing of their data in each case: they are informed of the responsibility for the created file, the address of the responsible body, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, amendment, deletion and objection, the purpose of the processing and the transfer of data to third parties, where applicable. They are informed that in any section or form in which we gather data, such personal data will be incorporated into the files of Ferga S.A., which are duly inscribed in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the purpose of facilitating communication between the company and its clients, in terms of administrative procedures deriving from services or orders relating to requested metalwork.

Users undertake to provide compulsory information to the company. In addition, users must ensure that the information is truthful and up to date when it is provided.
